SELECTION CRITERIA

Market Opportunity 30% Evaluates the size and growth potential of the market the startup is targeting, including customer demand and competition.
Strategic Fit 20% Measures how well the solution aligns with Supersports’ business priorities, including category focus, customer segments, and regional scalability.
Team Skills & Expertise 5% Looks at the founding team’s track record, technical expertise, and capacity to execute and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
Innovation & Uniqueness 5% Recognizes the originality of the solution, its creative approach to solving industry challenges, and differentiation from existing players.

1. Non-Binding Participation

Participation in this program does not create any partnership, employment, agency, or commercial agreement with C.R.C. Sports Company Limited (“Supersports”).

2. Selection Process

The selection of participants for each round shall be at the sole discretion of Supersports. The decision of the selection committee is final and binding on all parties.

3. Program Duration and Procedures

Supersports will clearly announce the application period, selection procedures for each round, and the results. The program shall be deemed completed upon the announcement of the winning team.

4. Confidentiality

Participants must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information related to the program. Supersports will take reasonable measures to protect such information but shall not be liable for any disclosure beyond its reasonable control.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property submitted by participants shall remain the property of the participants. Supersports shall not claim any rights thereto unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties.

6. Benefits for Selected Teams

Teams selected to participate in the Supersports Accelerator Program will receive the following benefits:

  • Strategic Mentorship: Consultation sessions with Supersports executives, up to one (1) hour every two (2) weeks throughout the program.
  • Data Access: Access to anonymized data from The 1 CRM system for the purpose of project development, within the scope determined by Supersports.
  • Co-Workspace Access: Use of shared workspace (up to six (6) seats) within the premises of CRC/CRD/Supersports throughout the program period.
  • Financial Support: Funding support up to THB 50,000 in accordance with the criteria set by Supersports for project development purposes.
  • Publicity and Promotion: Supersports may publish or promote information about the participants through its media channels or activities as deemed appropriate.

7. Use of Supersports Name and Trademarks

Participants are not permitted to use the name, logo, trademarks, or any brand identity of Supersports for marketing or commercial purposes unless prior written consent has been obtained from Supersports.

8. Liability and Indemnification

Participants shall be solely responsible for all acts and information submitted and shall indemnify and hold Supersports harmless from any claims or legal actions by third parties arising from participation in the program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising hereunder shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

This program is intended solely for exploratory and developmental purposes. Supersports and CRC Sports make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding commercial outcomes, data use, or the performance of participants. Participation does not establish any legal, fiduciary, agency, or financial relationship with Supersports or CRC Sports. Any future collaboration or engagement shall be subject to a separate, duly executed written agreement.

Q1: How will I know if my team is shortlisted?
A:  Shortlisted teams will be notified via the email address provided in the application form. The official announcement will also be published on the designated program webpage.

Q2: When will the shortlist be announced?
A: The shortlist will be announced on 28 Febuary 2026.

Q3: What are the selection criteria?
A: The selection criteria are detailed in the Selection Criteria section of this program.

Q4: Can I appeal the result if my team is not shortlisted?
A: The decision of the selection committee is final. Appeals, reconsiderations, or individual feedback will not be provided.

Q6: What happens after being shortlisted?
A: Shortlisted teams will receive further instructions about the next stage, including orientation sessions, program timelines, and deliverables.
