- Return within 14 days after receive
- The product must be in its original condition with price tag, add-on accessories, and warranty card which have not been damaged nor removed
- The product is not in the non-returnable product list. Please check the list from below table

- Bank receipt
- Company-issued receipt, or
- Pay-in slip
2. Cheque Payment
Please issue the cheque payable to: CRC Sports Co., Ltd.
- Submit the cheque to the responsible sales representative for deposit
- A bank-issued pay-in slip is required as proof of deposit

We offer nationwide delivery services across Thailand, with the following conditions:
Bangkok and Metropolitan Area
- Free delivery for orders of 5,000 THB or more
- Orders below 5,000 THB may incur additional delivery charges
Upcountry / Other Provinces
- Free delivery for orders of 50,000 THB or more
- Orders below 50,000 THB may be subject to a delivery fee
Estimated Delivery Time
- Bangkok and surrounding areas: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation
- Other provinces: 5–7 business days after payment confirmation
