Refund Policy

I have returned / cancelled an item – will I also be refunded the service fees associated to that item?

Service fees are non-refundable Case of return of transportation
  1. Order cancel before ship -> FULL refund with delivery fee
  2. Order cancel by seller -> FULL refund with delivery fee
  3. Order return due to seller's fault e.g. wrong product delivery -> FULL refund with delivery fee
  4. Order cancel by customer, return due to not seller's fault -> Refund without delivery fee

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your returned items and finish our quality inspection procedure, Supersports Online will refund you based on your payment method. Please find the refund processing period below.
