Easy Returns
Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

- Non-returnable items include swimwear, lingerie, socks, dietary supplements, large sports equipment, clearance items, etc.
Return Methods:
- Parcel Delivery: Ship to the Supersports warehouse (customer bears shipping fees).
- Click & Collect: Drop off at any Supersports store (free).
- Knock Door Service: Free pick-up for defective, wrong, or mismatched items (specific conditions apply).

- Refunds are issued after quality inspection.
- Lead time depends on payment method (e.g., 7–10 business days for cash/bank transfer; 20–60 days for cards).
