Q1: How do I join the Race Ready Kit campaign?

A1: Purchase the Columbia Konos Trillium ATR™ + TMS Race Ticket bundle at Columbia Shops, Supersports, or online at www.columbia.co.th. Then complete your registration via the official Google Form within the registration period.

Q2: What if I miss registration?

A2: Registration must be completed between 1 October – 5 November 2025. If you miss this period, your product purchase is still valid, but you will not be eligible to participate in the race. No extensions, transfers, or refunds will be provided.

Q3: Can I transfer my race ticket to another person?

A3: No. All race registrations and BIBs are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Q4: When and where can I collect my BIB?

A4:

  • Round 1: 27–30 November 2025, Bangkok (location TBA)
  • Round 2: 13–14 December 2025, Expo Day at Wisdom Valley, Pattaya

Q5: What if I cannot collect my BIB during the official period?

A5: Participants who fail to collect their BIBs within the official dates and locations will forfeit their race entry.

Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period

  • The Race Ready Kit campaign is valid from 1 October – 30 October 2025 only.
  • Registration must be completed between 1 October – 5 November 2025. Purchases or registrations outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

  • Open to customers who purchase the Columbia Konos Trillium ATR™ + TMS Race Ticket Bundle at Columbia Shops, Supersports, or www.columbia.co.th.
  • Each registration is valid for one participant only.

Registration

  • Customers must complete the official registration form with:
    • Receipt date & number
    • Photo of receipt
    • Package purchased
    • Participant details (Name in English, Contact number, ID number, Nationality, Age, Gender, Date of birth, Shirt size)
  • Registration is confirmed only after form submission.

Race Entry & BIB Collection

  • Race distance strictly follows the purchased package.
  • BIBs must be collected at the official dates and locations:
    • Round 1: 27–30 November 2025, Bangkok (location TBA)
    • Round 2: 13–14 December 2025, Expo Day, Wisdom Valley, Pattaya
  • Participants who fail to collect BIBs within the official period will forfeit their entry.

Non-Transferable Policy

  • Race registrations and BIBs are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

General Conditions

  • Columbia Thailand reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the campaign or event without prior notice.
  • In case of dispute, Columbia Thailand’s decision is final.
