Delivery Policy and Order Processing Time
We offer nationwide delivery services across Thailand, with the following conditions:
Bangkok and Metropolitan Area
- Free delivery for orders of 5,000 THB or more
- Orders below 5,000 THB may incur additional delivery charges
Upcountry / Other Provinces
- Free delivery for orders of 50,000 THB or more
- Orders below 50,000 THB may be subject to a delivery fee
Estimated Delivery Time
- Bangkok and surrounding areas: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation
- Other provinces: 5–7 business days after payment confirmation
Delivery time may vary depending on delivery schedules in each region.
Note:
For large-volume or custom orders, additional processing time may be required. Our team will inform you in advance if any delays are expected.
