Return Policy
Products can be returned under the following conditions:
*Special Remark* For Marketplace orders, exchange option is not available, but customers can still return the product for full refund. To check product’s type, when you go on our product page on site, please look for the “SOLD BY…” > If it’s not saying, “SOLD BY SUPERSPORTS”, then this product is Marketplace product
- Return within 14 days after receive
- The product must be in its original condition with price tag, add-on accessories, and warranty card which have not been damaged nor removed
- The product is not in the non-returnable product list. Please check the list from below table
